More Toyota Models Safety Under Question

December 7, 2009 (by Horatio Algren) According to reports there are two more Toyota models that are being questioned when it comes to safety.

The National Traffic Safety Administration have documented that they are launching an investigation into two models of vehicles manufactured by the Toyota Motor Corp. The models in question are the Toyota Matrix and the Corolla.

The investigation includes 26 complaints from 2006 models of the Matrix and Corolla that allege the vehicles stall at random while driving, including on highways and at intersections.

This comes after the massive recall by Toyota of over 4.2 million Toyota and Lexus vehicles in the United States and in Canada, due to a design flaw that could cause the vehicles to accelerate out of control.
