Dekker Scheduled To Be Arraigned This Week

November 3, 2009 (by Horatio Algren) According to reports actor Thomas Dekker will be arraigned Friday. According to the Los Angeles City Attorney’s Office Dekker DUI charges that stem from an October 14th arrest.

At the time of the actors arrest according to the city attorney’s spokesman Frank Mateljan Dekker had a blood alcohol content of over .08, while driving a 2004 Toyota Maxtrix.

He was charged last week with one count of driving under the influence and driving under the influence with over a blood alcohol level of .08.

According to the California Highway Patrol at the time of the incident Dekker was driving east on Burbank Boulevard, while turning right onto the Hollywood Freeway he struck a 17 year old boy riding a bicycle in a crosswalk.
