Woman Held In Jail After Two DUI Arrests In On Night

October 15, 2009 (by Horatio Algren) According to reports a 33 year old woman was arrested twice in the same evening for driving under the influence and is being held pending her arraignment.

The woman Talitha Gorea age 33 was first stopped by police officers approximately 7:00 p.m. Monday for traffic violations. Police officers found Gorea with an open container of alcohol and an ecstasy pill according to reports.

Gorea was arrested and charged with DWI, for a blood alcohol level above the legal limit and with drug possession. After being given an appearance ticket, she was released to a family member.
According to reports Gorea was seen by police officers speeding in the wrong direction on a one way street approximately four hours after her DWI arrest.

Gorea was arrested a second time and was held in jail pending her arraignment, after her blood alcohol level tested a second time over the legal limit according to authorities.
