Anaheim SUV and Van Crash Injures One

September 17, 2009 (by Horatio Algren) According to reports there was one person injured after a collision between an SUV and a Van in the vicinity of Orangewood and Ninth Streets.

The vehicles involved in the accident according to the Garden Grove Police Department were a Lexus RX300 SUV and a Chrysler Town & Country Van.

The Anaheim Fire Department paramedics were also on the scene of the crash and the male driver of the Town & Country van was transported to the hospital for injuries. The extent of the man’s injuries has not been released.

They also reported that the occupants of the Lexus SUV were checked by paramedics and were uninjured. According to the Garden Grove Police Department the accident partly blocked Orangewood and Ninth Streets and they also reported that the airbags had deployed on both the Lexus and the Town & Country.
