Fall Out Boy Stump Arrested In L.A.
August 26, 2009 (by Horatio Algren) According to reports Patrick Stump the frontman for the Fall Out Boys a Chicago rock band was arrested in L.A.
Stump was arrested on an outstanding traffic violation according to spokesman Steve Whitmore of the Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department. Early Wednesday morning Stump was pulled over by Los Angeles police officers that discovered the outstanding warrant that was issued for his arrest.
The original charge was driving without a driver’s license Whitmore stated that the rock band frontman was taken into custody and placed in jail until his bail amount of $15,000 was satisfied at approximately 4:30 a.m. the LAPD spokesman.
Stump was held at the West Hollywood sheriff’s station for approximately five hours until his bail had been satisfied. There is also no report on what the Los Angeles Police Department officers had pulled the rock band member over for prior to acting on the outstanding warrant.
