Wrongful Death Lawsuit Option For Michael Jackson’s Mother
August 20, 2009 (by Horatio Algren) According to reports by at least one Los Angeles wrongful death lawyer, an attorney for Michael Jackson’s mother has stated that a wrongful death lawsuit could be an option for her.
It has been stated by the attorney for Jackson’s mother that she is considering filing a wrongful death lawsuit amid the controversies surrounding the singer’s death.
The attorney Burt Levitch spoke after Monday’s court hearing stating the thought about a lawsuit has been discussed. The name that has been mentioned as a possible defendant is Jackson’s personal physician Dr. Conrad Murray.
The authorities have been investigating since Jackson’s death June 25th and have focused on his personal physician Dr. Murray. Murray, according to authorities is the doctor that is thought to have given Jackson the powerful anesthetic and may have not properly administered the drug.
