Motorcycle Officer Crashes On Freeway

June 30, 2009 (by Horatio Algren) According to reports an LAPD officer crashed on the 405 Freeway. According to California Highway Patrol Officer Francisco Villalobos at approximately 4:40 a.m. a motorcycle accident was reported in the southbound lanes that had occurred on the San Diego (405) Freeway in the vicinity of Wilshire Boulevard. Involved in the accident was a Los Angeles police officer, whose name or injuries have not been released.

The Los Angeles Fire Department Captain stated that the officer was transported to the hospital and his condition is unknown.
