According to reports by toddler dog attack lawyers, a Long Beach toddler was hospitalized after being attacked by the family dog.
According to Long Beach Department of Animal Control Officer Jaime Precado the 2 year old girl was hospitalized after being attacked by the family’s cocker spaniel at approximately 11:30 a.m. at 1850 Gardenia Avenue in Long Beach.
The cocker spaniel was taken to a shelter where it has been quarantined for 10 days to see if it shows signs of rabies, according to the animal control officer. If the family pet shows no signs of illness it will most likely be returned to the family if they want the pet back.
