According to reports by DUI lawyers in Los Angeles, the Beverly Hills Superior Court issued a warrant on Friday stemming from her 2007 DUI and hit and run case.

The reports that have been released state that the warrant was issued due to Lohan not complying with the some of the courts requests.

Lohan has stated this is not true and it could hurt everything that is going on in her career, her attorney Shawn Chapman Holly has stated that the warrant is a misunderstanding. Holly stated that Lohan has been complying with all the terms of the courts orders and the three years of probation she was placed on.

According to reports there is a Monday morning hearing scheduled which Lohan is expected to attend.

Lt. Mark Rosen of the Beverly Hills Police Department stated that the police are not actively looking for Lohan, but if officers should come in contact with Lohan she will be subject to arrest.
