Stafford Motor Speedway Accident Takes Life Of Anthony Hart

August 11, 2008 (by Otto Smyth) According to the latest motorcycle accident news, during a practice run Anthony Hart, brother of Carey Hart was involved in a crash that took his life at the Stafford Motor Speedway in Connecticut on Saturday. Anthony Hart was age 21 and was practicing for the Doug Henry New England Grand Prix that was held Saturday evening. Hart was a resident of Henderson Nevada and was airlifted to the hospital accompanied by his father. He sustained fatal head injuries in the crash during the practice run. Brother Carey Hart was in Sturgis South Dakota and left that motorcycle event to go to Connecticut. The Stafford Motor Speedway released a statement with their condolences and stating that during the practice session for the event rider Anthony Hart had died from the injuries he sustained in the crash.
