Read All About it Man Killed in Accident on Motor Bike

In an accident that occurred in the area of Golden Valley High School a motorcyclist was killed on Monday morning at about 9:30 according to reports.
The accident involved a company cement truck that was turning left from the eastbound lane of Golden Valley Road to Robert C. Lee Parkway, when the motorcyclist was in the westbound lane of Golden Valley Road; the motorcyclist was unable to stop the bike in time before hitting the cement truck, according to reports of statements from Sgt. Ronald Schaffer.
The motorcyclist has been identified as 25-year-old David Glenn Garrett of Newhall, who died at the scene of the accident. The wrongful death was a tragedy.
The driver of the National Redi-Mix cement truck who was not identified, was reportedly not injured but was transported to Henry Mayo Newhall Memorial Hospital.
